Now we have launched online return & refund system, and If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase or any part of them for refund, as long as your returned item is in the same condition as it was received (including original package boxes / bags / tags, gifts, sales invoices, etc).
1. If item you received is of problems (such as wrong quantity, wrong item, product damaged, texture or quality problem, etc.), please apply for return & refund within 15 days of receipt. What you need to do is describing specific problem and return reason, selecting corresponding return reason and uploading photos of item with problem and tracking info. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved.
2. If a coupon was applied to your order, the value of the coupon is nonrefundable.
3. If the item you returned is of quality problem, International logistics fee will be refunded together with the amount of returned product.
4. All refund will be sent back to your Paypal account automatically after return succeed.
5. At present, KiKUU supports return & refund application, and do not support replacement service yet.
